CAMHS Country Services provide a range of therapeutic counselling services for children and adolescents between birth and 18 years of age and their families.
Country services are provided in the northern region of South Australia, with teams located in

In the Eyre Peninsula, from our Port Lincoln office we visit
In remote South Australia we regularly visit
From our Whyalla Office we regularly visit
Parents and guardians may telephone or visit the CAMHS Country Service closest to them by telephoning Toll Free 1800 819 089. Adolescents over 16 years of age may contact CAMHS without parent or guardian consent or knowledge. School Counsellors, General Practitioners and others may also contact CAMHS however contact from the parent/guardian or young person (if over 16 years of age) is usually required to formalise the referral.
Any person wishing to contact CAMHS will have access to a referral/intake service within one working day.
