The Trustees of the MS McLeod Research Fund will fund departmental research grants at the WCH, part of CYWHS, for 12 months commencing in 2009.
These grants are open to all departments of CYWHS, SA Pathology (WCH campus) and WCHRI. Four awards of $10,000 each are available.
Applications are to be submitted to each Department Head who nominates one project from their department to move forward for consideration by a selection panel.
The purpose of these grants are to foster interest in research at a Department level particularly in the area of paediatric health, and support small research projects in departments.
Applications for Departmental Research Grants for 2009 close on 1 December 2008.
