WCH Friends Fellowships 2008 / 2009

The WCH Friends Association was established in 1990 when the Women's and Children's Hospital was formed from the merger of the Adelaide Children's and Queen Victoria Hospitals. The WCH Friends established the Fellowship Program in August 2004.

The Fellowships are offered for research, study or professional development to WCH non-medical staff who wish to undertake such a program in Australia or overseas and who have not received another WCH-based grant in the previous 12 months.

The Friends Fellowship Program offers two Fellowships annually valued at $6,000 each.

Applicants need to read the Conditions of Award  before completing the Application Form.

Please note that applications must be endorsed by the applicant's Department Head, Divisional Chief and Executive Director prior to the closing date.

The successful applicants will be required to enter into a contract for the duration of the award, and submit a report at the conclusion of the Fellowship.

Applicants are required to submit  four hard copies and one electronic (Word document) version by the closing date.

The 2008/2009 Fellowship applications close on Wednesday October 8, 2008 at 4pm.

Late applications will not be accepted.
