Welcome to the June edition of SA CAMHS Online. In this edition you will find a wide range of articles which reflect the work CAMHS has been undertaking in staff development and clinical programmes.
In November last year we had a visit from Carol Joughin, who is the FOCUS Project Manger with the Royal College of Psychiatrists Research Unit, London. Carol provided an excellent presentation on the work being done in the UK in respect to promoting effective clinical practice. A range of other training and development session have also been held in areas such as Promotion, Prevention and Early Intervention.

In this edition there a number of articles on service provision, including the work of Helen Mayo House, the Hospital to Home Transition Service, and news on the expansion of the Southern CAMHS Country Team.
