Time:  Wednesday 2pm to 5pm, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month

Referrals:  Medical Practitioner referrals are required before an appointment can be made.  Please post referrals to:

Appointments:    Appointments details will be posted to you after the referral is received. If you need to change your appointment time please phone Outpatients on (08) 8161 7399.

Important Information  

Most children seen in the Allergy Clinic will require skin prick testing. Please ensure your child has not had ANY anti-histamines (e.g. Phenergan, Promethazine, Zyrtec, Claratyne, Telfast) for 72 hours prior to your appointment as this may interfere with the testing.

Please note many over-the-counter cough and cold medications contain anti-histamines. If in doubt please discuss with your pharmacist or call the Allergy Nurse Ms Sacha Palmer on (08) 8161 7000 pager 4554.

All other prescription medication must be continued (including asthma puffers) and these will not interfere with the testing. Please bring all asthma and eczema medication to your appointment as well as asthma spacer devices so that the way your child uses these medications can be checked.
