The staff provide services to neonates, children and their families who access the hospital with an acute injury or illness, a chronic medical condition, or who have developmental or congenital disorders. Allied Health services are provided in consultation with other WCH staff and in liaison with community agencies.

Allied Health staff work in conjunction with many WCH services including

• Burns
• Child Development Unit
• Minimal Motor Dysfunction Unit
• Neurosurgery
• Neurology
• Nurseries
• Orthopaedics
• Paediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Pulmonary Medicine
• General medical, general post surgical and diabetes clinics.

Services are provided for inpatients and outpatients.
