Intra-operative epidural sep monitoring: Case Example

The gradual increase in the latency of the eSEP with little change in amplitude during the intra-operative recording period was puzzling until surgeon noted how cold the patient was. This recording was done in a middle-eastern O.R. where patient warming was not employed.
