Dental Care for Children under General Anaesthesia

About 700 patients are admitted to the WCH each year as part of their dental treatment. Many are preschool children needing dental treatment under General Anaesthetic.

Appointments are made by referral only. All referrals are assessed on the basis of the information provided and priority is given to children requiring urgent care. There is waiting period for appointments.
