Obstetrics

The Obstetric Service offers a multidisciplinary approach to many obstetric (pregnancy and childbirth) conditions including the High Risk Perinatal Service, Antenatal Diagnostic and Counselling Service (ADACS) and more recently a Feto-Maternal Service.

There are a number of models of pregnancy care offered providing a wide choice for pregnancy and birth.

The Women's and Babies Division is closely associated with the University of Adelaide Department of Obstetrics and is active in teaching medical undergraduates as well as postgraduates.
