Registrars in Paediatric Critical Care Medicine

The Women’s & Children’s Hospital in collaboration with ‘MedSTAR kids’, the South Australian Paediatric and Neonatal retrieval service and are seeking to fill several Registrar training positions in critical care rotations. We envisage 6 month rotations over a 2 year period within ‘MedSTAR kids’, Neonatal Intensive Care, Paediatric Intensive Care and Paediatric Emergency Medicine.

The registrar positions will not only provide the opportunity to learn as part of a dedicated and highly functioning team but also to make a significant contribution to both the changing face of emergency health service delivery for South Australia and to the development of this emerging specialist area of critical care medicine.

Minimum Requirements

1. MBBS or equivalent
2. Registrable as a medical practitioner with the Medical Board of SA
3. Pass in RACP written and clinical examinations or equivalent
