Kids 'n' You Family Services

Kids 'n' You Family Services aims to develop family and community capacity to raise children in a safe and positive environment.  The services is available for families living in the Playford and Salisbury council areas.

The Services provide:

  • Centre based services for women with children 0-5 years who have experienced the effects of domestic violence, mental health problems and childhood abuse in their lives. The program offers short term counselling, group work and community development programs for both women and children.
  • Intensive Home Visiting and group work for families with children 0-18 who have received a Tier 3 notification through the Child, Youth and Family Services (CYFS).
  • A Fatherhood Program and a DADS support group.

The Services recognise the key role that parents play in the care and development of their children and their desire for positive relationships with their children.

Kids 'n' You is part of the Children and Families Integration Service.

How to access the service

To access the Intensive Home Visiting Program referrals must come from Child, Youth and Family Services.

For Centre Based Services and groups referrals can be made by any agency or individual. To make a referral please call the staff at Kids 'n' You.
