The Women's and Children's Hospital is located on the traditional lands for the Kaurna people, and we respect their spiritual relationship with their Country. The WCH is South Australia's specialist children's hospital, providing a wide range of health services for children and young people.

The Children's Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be contacted on (08) 8161 7044.

Paediatric Outpatients is an area of the hospital set aside to provide a pleasant safe and welcoming environment for children and their families.

SAMI provides a range of imaging services for children at the WCH. SAMI's staff include nurses, radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, physicists and administrative staff.
