We also acknowledge that the Kaurna people are the custodians of the Adelaide region, and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.

Wards

Inpatients are usually nursed in Rose Ward if they are a baby, or in Cassia Ward for older children. Many of our patients will spend some time in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Patients having elective cardiac catheterisation are usually admitted to Day of Surgery Admissions (DOSA), and then go to the Medical Day Unit or the Medical Short Stay Ward after the procedure.
