Feedback on the draft Boylan Ward Model of Care – for CAMHS consumers and key partners

As part of the program of upgrades to the Women's and Children's Hospital campus, Boylan Ward (CAMHS' inpatient ward at the WCH) is being updated and relocated. Expected to be completed by early 2021, the new Boylan Ward will include an outside area, a 4-bed Low Stimulus High Dependency Unit, as well as individual rooms for each young person/patient, and extra clinical rooms to support contact between young people and needed services.

This anticipated change has provided a great opportunity to reflect on:

CAMHS Executive would like to take the opportunity to thank the Project Team which was crucial in the development of this important piece of work.

Your feedback for this Model of Care will help ensure that the Boylan Ward Inpatient Service is a dynamic, world class leader now and into the future.
