Further Information
The management of biomedical equipment involves the repair, maintenance and calibration of over 10,000 individual items used within the health network, both at the WCH campus and community sites throughout South Australia. Departmental staff are also involved in the strategic planning of equipment replacement, the evaluation and procurement of new equipment along with investigation of any technology related issues that may arise. We work closely with a broad range of clinicians and play a vital role in ensuring that they have the latest technologies available to them for use in the delivery of care.
