Discipline of Paediatrics, University of Adelaide
The Discipline of Paediatrics, University of Adelaide has its facilities located located entirely at the Women's and Children's Hospital (WCH). It has collaborations with all departments at WCHN and members include research leaders in the Robinson Research Institute, University of Adelaide and SAHMRI, SA. The discipline has major national and international research collaborations.
The Discipline contributes to medical undergraduate teaching of the University of Adelaide. In their 5th year, medical students attend the WCH for a nine week full-time placement.
The Discipline has strong clinical, public health and basic science research programs with undergraduate and postgraduate research activities.
